I have never bought from Phase Matrix. Do I need to setup an Account?
Be prepared to provide us with a list of trade references (no less than four). We will review your references and determine terms of payment. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit-card orders over $2,000.00.
I am ordering from outside the United States. Do I need an end-user statement?
Yes, an end-user statement is required. Our international sales representatives should be able to assist you with this requirement.
